I have never used your Florist before and I found it on yelp. It was very easy to place to my order online. The delivery person called ahead which is what I requested. My mother loved the arrangement and said the flowers looked really fresh and thought they would last a good while. She did comment that there was no packet to add to the water and was curious on how to keep them looking fresh. Maybe a small instruction card or put it on the back of the card that is sent with the flowers. Other than that, I will be using your florist again in the future.
